What does a VPN actually do?
It puts your internet traffic inside an encrypted tunnel to one of our servers, then sends it on from there. Your network operator can see that you are connected to a VPN, but not what you are doing; the sites you reach see our server rather than your own address.
Will it slow my connection down?
Any VPN adds a step, so some difference is normal. It usually depends far more on how far away the location you picked is than on anything else — choosing a nearer one is the first thing to try.
Can I use one subscription on more than one device?
Yes. You can set it up on the devices you own; how many can be connected at the same time depends on the plan you choose.
Do I need any special equipment?
No. If your device can install apps and reach the internet, it can connect. There is nothing to buy from us beyond the subscription.
How quickly is my subscription active?
Access details are sent by email once your payment has cleared. If anything is delayed, open a ticket from your account and we will look into it.
How do renewals work?
An invoice is raised before your subscription is due. Pay it from your account area and your access continues without interruption.
How do I cancel?
Open a ticket from your account and ask. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
